The marching started at noon, at National Mall, in Washington DC.
The weather was very pleasant, having nice sunshine, little cloud with some winds, beautiful day for the parade.
Many youth teams were the main part of the event.
Irish dancing groups, high school marching bands, and other supporting teams and visitors were cheering and celebrating the heritage of the Irish heritage.
People enjoyed the event, expecting of the warm spring weather, in the middle of March.
Smithsonian museums were the other great enjoyment after the parade.
