Cold weather in February

Couple of the record breaking cold weather continued in the area.

Winds made people feeling the cold more harshly.

And the dangerous snow made many cars stranded and abandoned at the side of the roads.

Highways, local roads have no exceptions.

Cars couldn’t make the uphill, held the traffic as no-pass zone.

The most heaviest traffic jam ever, in this area.

 

But spring will come soon.
